Draw Curve Context

This is a demo of a Maya context that I developed as part of my upcoming Maya API instructional video series. It draws curves from a mesh. It could be used to draw hair curves or something along those lines. The video series should be available around January 2012.

Looking great! I read in a bugfix list that autodesk removed the openGL overlay drawing methods for viewports in Version 2011/12, only an xor method being left. Did you notice that and found a way around it?

They will be sold on a new website coming out. I’ll make the announcement when it’s made live.

This tool doesn’t do any custom drawing. But in my sculpting move tool I use the xor drawing.
